1. Service Description
VideoBoostAI is a campaign management platform that enables users to plan, fund, and launch video promotion campaigns across multiple advertising platforms including YouTube (Google Ads), TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat Ads, Threads, and Rumble. By using our service you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use VideoBoostAI. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Campaign Delivery
- Campaign execution depends on approved ad accounts, platform policy compliance, and legal availability in your region.
- Forecast numbers (views, reach, impressions) are estimates based on historical data and are not guaranteed outcomes.
- We reserve the right to pause or cancel campaigns that violate platform policies or applicable law.
- Platform-level restrictions (e.g. geographic targeting limits, content category restrictions) may affect delivery.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ownership rights to all promoted content, video URLs, and destination websites.
- You must ensure promoted content complies with the advertising policies of each selected platform.
- You must not promote prohibited content including but not limited to: illegal goods or services, misleading claims, hate speech, or adult content without appropriate permissions.
- You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns comply with applicable laws in your target regions.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed via Stripe or Paystack. By submitting payment, you authorise the charge.
- Ad spend is non-refundable once campaigns have launched and impressions have been delivered.
- For campaigns not yet launched, refund requests are handled case by case — contact support@videoboostai.net.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Account Conduct
- You may not share account credentials or allow third parties to use your account without authorisation.
- Fraudulent traffic generation, click fraud, or bot activity is strictly prohibited.
- Repeated policy violations will result in account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
VideoBoostAI and its logo are trademarks of VideoBoostAI. The platform software, UI, and documentation are proprietary. You retain ownership of your campaign content.
8. Limitation of Liability
VideoBoostAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, platform outages, or underperforming campaigns. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected campaign.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
